2. The policies maybe amended at any time in which case the same will be published the amended version on the website.
3. In the event of conflict between these terms of use and the privacy policy or any other guidelines, rules , these terms will prevail to the extent of such a conflict.

Customer Information

Customers are required to provide us some information in order to help us improve your shopping experience. American Life Mattress takes responsibility to prevent misuse of any information and therefore works on prioritizing customer data.

Warranty

Welcome onboard to the family of American Life Mattress and give a tap on your back on selecting a world class product for your family. The warranty that ALM provides is an extension to the customer bonding that we wish to have. A proper maintenance of the mattress will guarantee a long life to it. Still in case of any queries, you may drop a message to contact you or you may call us.

Period of warranty

1. During the first year of the mattress defect, ALM warranties a free replacement from the date of purchase in case of any manufacturing defects.
2. The warranty card and bill must be produced to claim warranty.
3. If the mattress is mishandled, not properly maintained and wrongly handled – the same is not part of the warranty.
4. A mattress customized does not come under replacement. However, repair is possible.
5. Transportation cost and Inspection charges will not be borne by the company and will be as per actual.
6. The warranty given is for the product and not comfort of the customer.
7. Fabric damage does not come under mattress warranty.
8. If the impressions in the mattress is upto 2 inches, the same is not considered under warranty and is not counted under sagging.
